Associate professor Md. Sazzad Hossain was acknowledged by UNESCO for his contribution to the UNESCO Publication:

A Socio-economic and Anthropological Survey on the Potter Communities in the surrounding villages of Paharpur was published by UNESCO Dhaka office in conjunction with Ministry of cultural affairs, Bangladesh, World heritage centre, ICOMOS-Bangladesh and Republic of Korea in 2019. UNESCO Dhaka office acknowledged the role of Ar. Mohammad Sazzad Hossain for his contribution.
